  • Flexibility Flow into Splits

    In this all-levels yoga class we will create flexibility and increase lower body mobility to prepare for the splits! Don't worry, you don't have to do the splits in this class! We promise, these exercises are for everybody! Let's get flexible!

  • SURRENDER

    In this restorative yoga class, we will move through a series of yoga postures that we will hold for an extended period of time to increase muscle and joint flexibility while you focus on your breath. This class will leave you feeling open, relaxed and rejuvenated.

  • Stretch and Flow

    This is a recovery class for those days in-between those more challenging classes. Lots of stretching and mobility focused yoga flows.
