    In this restorative yoga class, we will move through a series of yoga postures that we will hold for an extended period of time to increase muscle and joint flexibility while you focus on your breath. This class will leave you feeling open, relaxed and rejuvenated.

  • Stretch and Flow

    This is a recovery class for those days in-between those more challenging classes. Lots of stretching and mobility focused yoga flows.

  • Yoga for Athletes

    In this yoga class we are focused on strengthening and toning our muscles, building endurance with quick cardio bursts and yummy stretches for muscle recovery. Train like an athlete! But with yoga!
