Grab your dumbbells and come hang out with Coach Crazy for the challenging intervals and the inspiring life advice while you are working out! This class is guaranteed to light up your shoulders, back and legs. This is a circuit training class and it is meant to be repeated so that you get a FULL WORKOUT! When Coach Crazy tells you to "PAUSE" you are welcome to repeat the circuit you just completed for a second time, OR complete the class all the way through and then repeat the class in its entirety. Whichever you prefer!
